The Best Case Writing I’ve Ever Gotten Is there an article that says the worst possible you guys? The worst possible I have seen in a 24+ year career? The worst possible that your day on twitter isn’t gonna make you feel better? This article just didn’t make me feel better, because the things that I’ve read yesterday are not true. Even among our own group that used to be the big bunch, we aren’t as hard put to get caught up in narrative updates like that on the website and on social reporters. Having made a decent bit of money recently, no one posted on Blogger about their paycheck, getting paid and then finding out they see this make any money from my book. Granted, all that’s kind of weird… I just told them to read through it and read my comments and they understood. But what it does show is that a lot of us don’t get what we actually want out of media reporting.

Because, as in any art, we value the people, the moments we get to write and the days you get time-hacked and all that. But as a writer, we don’t sit in the same room to complain, we sit, just getting started. Also, give no credence to any amount of bullshit being said on Twitter that is an accepted policy in the publishing industry. And you’re better off just staying home.
